How to join the Chamber?

Becoming a member means adopting a common approach to serving the general interests of the sector.

Becoming a member also, and above all, means making a commitment and taking an active part in the Chamber’s activities and its influence.

To join the Chamber, the membership conditions are as follows:

  • Be based in Monaco,
  • Be authorised to carry out on a regular basis in the Principality, activities such as shipping, chartering, representation, brokerage, expertise in maritime matters, acquisition and sale of ships, administration, management, control, representation, advice and studies of foreign shipping companies, organisation of tourist cruises, protection of the marine environment, provisioning of ships, intervention in design, financing, insurance, repair and construction operations (Cf. C.M.S. By-laws),
  • Fill in and sign the membership form (downloadable below in PDF) and return it by e-mail (info@cms-mc.org),
  • Submit your application for approval by the Board of Directors, subject to official validation by the Ordinary General Meeting, as provided for in the By-laws.
  • Pay an annual membership fee (the terms and conditions of which may be amended at a General Meeting).
