The C.M.S. defends the rights and professional interests of its members.

It also strives to develop synergies and consensual projects with added value to strengthen the group’s representativeness, which in turn benefits all its members.

Finally, the C.M.S. is convinced that Monaco has what it takes to become a major international shipping centre, and its mission is to promote the sector in order to encourage other shipping companies to set up here, and thus develop economic activity.

To promote the Principality’s maritime economy, the C.M.S. has set itself 5 main objectives:

• Dialogue with the Monegasque Authorities as the official spokesperson for maritime industry professionals,
• Promoting the sector’s image locally and internationally,
• Unite the Principality’s maritime players around common commitments and positions,
• Promote the activities of its members,
• Develop partnerships that benefit all members.
